Security Recomendations

Please make sure to lock all doors, sliding doors and windows before leaving the house or going to sleep. Please be aware that monkeys will come inside and may steal/destroy your belongings if you leave the sliding doors open and the house unattended.

Don't leave your belongings unattended inside your car, at restaurants or at the beach.

It's best to leave your passports and such important documents at the house, we provide a safe in the kitchen cupboard.

House Manual
USE THE TV:
For regular cable TV, turn on the TV with the SAMSUNG remote, to change channels use the remote labeled KOLBI. If cable doesn’t turn on, find the small black cable box behind the TV and press the on/off button twice, that should re-set the system and make it work.
For Netflix, press the NETFLIX button on the SAMSUNG remote, you can enter your credentials to enjoy your own account.
USE THE A/C UNITS:There is an individual Air Conditioner Unit in every room of the house. To operate, find the remote on each bedroom or living room and press the ON button. Make sure that the unit is in either “automatic”
or in the“cool” mode. These units work best in the range between 72 – 76 degrees Fahrenheit and when the drapes are closed. Do not operate AC units in rooms with open doors or windows. Please make sure to turn off AC units if you are not in the room.

MANUEL ANTONIO NATIONAL PARK
The world-famous attraction that everyone wants to see is a 5-minute drive away from Mi Casa Es Su Casa. Ask your concierge about the best day and time to go and how to get there. He can book it for you.
MARINA PEZ VELA
Make your way down to the Quepos Harbor and find worldclass restaurants, shopping and ocean activities.
PLAYITAS BEACH
This is the preferred hanging spot for surfers and locals looking for a less crowded beach. Just continue down Playitas road (in front of the house). It’s about a 10 minute walk. If you have a 4WD car, you can take it down and park right on the beach under the trees!
BIESANZ BEACH
A beautiful protected bay with calm waters, suitable for swimming and snorkeling. You can rent snorkeling gear, kayaks and Jet Skis right at the beach. Go left out of the house, and left again , into the paved road, and follow it to the right , and continue down t until you pass the Shana resort. The entrance to the path to the beach is on lowest point, to the right. Take comfortable walking shoes. It’s about 15 minutes walk away.
USEFUL TIPS
Beach
Remember that the tropical sun is extremely strong; plenty of sun block (above 45 SPF or more).
Try to be minimalist at the beach; take as few things as possible and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Colorful towels are for beach.

Check out is prior to 11:00 a.m. We do our best to accommodate late check-outs, so please contact your concierge. We can only accommodate depending on availability. No need to clean before you leave, our house staff will take care of everything. If you feel like their job has been outstanding, please let them know and feel free to give them a tip, they will be most grateful.
